Wig

This is the unfortunate wig Sarah almost had to wear for the play. (This picture was actually taken while Sarah was dying her hair-gasp-) Christian, Mary, and yes, Daddy just couldn't resist breaking out a little of their inner Anne while trying it on.

End of Summer Slumber Party

At the last minute, cousins Mary and Nora realized they had to have one final sleepover, and quick! They decided a good way to go out with a bang would be to sleep on the trampoline. We took bets on how long before they came dashing back in, but they never did. That, and they both claim to have slept well!

Static

Mary loves the tramp, but has to admit that after a few summer salts, her hair gets a little wild. Hope these cute photos give you the giggles! 

Fort

You can often find these two on an early Saturday morning under a makeshift fort constructed from bar stools and a blanket with a few DVD's tossed on top to keep it up (top). They are both sad when Mommy says it's time to take it down. 

First Day-4th Grade

Mary was excited to get to work this year. Her teacher, Mrs. Hansen, lets the kids sit on exercise balls during class and she got the part of Flounder in the school play! (Not to mention the fact that Ryan Sharp's in her class!) All in all, it's looking to be a pretty great year for Mary! 

Hot Stuff

I'm sure everyone is wondering where the blog post about "that special boy" is, so here you go. This is a pretty outdated picture, but you can get a feel for what he looks like. Meet Ryan Sharp, a boy who has been in our ward for years and just transferred into MarMar's spectrum class! Mary has good taste; he's super obedient, friendly, and sweet, with just enough of a taste for fun.
